Industrial Relations Manager Services offered on retainer:
• Establishing compliance with statutory labour relations requirements;
• Providing contracts of employment, employment policies and disciplinary codes;
• Representing your company, by attending staff/union meetings regarding IR matters;
• Providing all general correspondence and notices, e.g. desertion notices, notices to attend disciplinary enquiries, termination agreements and settlement agreements;
• Dismissals relating to Retrenchment/Operational Requirement, Misconduct and Incapacity pertaining to ill health or poor work performance;
• Attending to matters pertaining to industrial action/strikes;
• Chairing disciplinary enquiries;
• Attending Conciliations;
• Attending to Arbitrations on behalf of the Company as an official of a Employers Organisation in order to assure representation included in the retainer;
• Rescissions and Condonation Application to the CCMA will be done at an ad-hoc rate per hour excl vat; and
• 24-hour telephonic access to your allocated IR manager.

• Liaison between the client and Labour Solution Team regarding disciplinary hearings and disciplinary issues.

• HRM Administration, policy and procedure implementation. (Any traveling to be done outside Gauteng will be negotiated with The Client as traveling fees will apply).
